Tourist Visa Requirements
1. China visa application – must be completed online
Application must be typed in all upper-case letters, if items do not pertain to you place N/A in the space provided.
2. Current valid passport with 6 months validity remaining and two blank visa pages.
3. Current passport photo - must be in color and 2 x 2 on a white background.
4. Must present one - Valid drivers license, identification card or utility bill.
5. Confirmed hotel reservations.
6. Confirmed flight plans.
** If you are visiting a friend or family member and you will stay at their home, in lieu of the hotel confirmation, you must present a signed letter of invitation, copy of their current passport and visa or if China citizen a copy of their passport and resident card. ***** If you were born in China - You must write your name in Chinese and provide your original Chinese passport if you have not previously obtained a visa to China. If you have obtained a visa to China previously, you must provide a copy of that visa and the passport to which it is attached. **
Business Visa Requirements

4. Must present one - Valid drivers license, identification card or utility bill.
5. Letter of invitation – must be on letterhead, signed, dated and contain the country seal.
6. U.S. Business letter from your employer – must be on letterhead, signed and dated.
7. Complete the attached the Job Description Form, this may be handwritten.
**US Business letter is necessary even if you are visiting a parent company or subsidiary of the U.S. Company.
****Non – US Citizens - must have a valid visa or Permanent Resident Card (copy only) **
** If you were born in China, you must list your Chinese name in item 1.2, additionally you must present your valid or expired Chinese passport if you have not been issued a China visa in the past **
**If you are retired – in item 1.17 you will list “Retired”, your home address and phone number

Application for Minors
Minors are required to provide all the information above for tourist visas and the following:
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Copy of both parent’s passports – if parent(s) do not hold a passport, a notarized letter stating that the parent does not hold a passport must be provided.
Copy of both parent’s identification card or drivers license.** If you were born in China - You must write your name in Chinese and provide your original Chinese passport if you have not previously obtained a visa to China. If you have obtained a visa to China previously, you must provide a copy of that visa and the passport to which it is attached. **
