Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Boss Passport & Visa Services does not offer refunds on cancelled, partially filled or unfulfilled orders. Please ensure that you need the requested service(s) before placing your order. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order online you may request a refund, but it is solely at the discretion of Boss Passport & Visa Services to honor such requests. 

To request a refund please send your email to: info@bosspassportandvisa.com using “Refund Request” in the subject line or by calling us at 832.361.8849 and speaking with a customer service agent. In the event a refund is granted, a service fee of not less than $39 per traveler will be retained by Boss Passport & Visa Services. 

Refunds will either be credited back to the credit card used to make the initial order or a company check will be issued to the person listed on the credit card within 15 business days of the request for cancellation is approved. Please note: shipping fees will be borne by the customer in the event fees were not prepaid, otherwise we will return your documents with the air bill you have provided.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Boss Passport & Visa Services or by any other vendor, contractor or service provider through Boss Passport & Visa Services. You shall pay all applicable service, State Department, Consulate/Embassy fees, taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any products or service. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice, including, but not limited to, Consulate/Embassy fees, application forms and documentation required for passport and/or visa issuance. If fees shown on website are changed by the State Department and/or Consulate/Embassy the customer agrees to pay the adjusted fee for this entity.
