GHANA VISA

1. Ghana visa application – must be completed online
The application must contain your information exactly as it appears in your passport. This is to include Jr, Sr, III…, if items do not pertain to you place N/A in the space provided.
2. Current valid passport with 6 months validity remaining and two blank visa pages.
3. One Current passport photo - must be in color and 2 x 2 on a white background.
4. Travel itinerary.
5. Letter of invitation.
6. U.S. Business letter from your employer – must be on letterhead, signed, dated and notarized.**Non – US Citizens - must have a valid visa or Permanent Resident Card (copy only) **

Must contain all items listed above for tourist, plus the following:
1. Application must be signed both parents.
2. Copy of both parent’s drivers license.
3. Copies of the information page of both parent’s passports or a notarized letter stating that they do not hold a passport.
4. Notarized copy of birth certificate of the minor.
5. Letter of both parents acknowledging travel and consent of minors travel. Letter is required even if minor is traveling with both parents.
